Our Therapy Aerobics class is for you! This 50 minute program is generally held in our warm water Therapy Pool to help soothe your joints and muscles while allowing you to have increased flexibility. This class helps retain and improve strength, flexibility and range of motion all while providing a low intensity cardio workout.
