Bill has been a member at the centre since November of 2007. Bill Loves that the centre is a quick bike ride from his home. Bill's advice to someone just starting their fitness journey is "make it a habit and incorporate it into your everyday routine!"
Mark has been a member since we opened in 2006 and joined because of the convenience and proximity, "its nice to have a full-service wellness centre in our community. If you're thinking of starting a fitness journey - just do it! Even if it starts with a walk around the block, or taking the bike to get the mail. Most important - Have Fun!"
Paula has been a member on and off since the centre opened in 2006. She joined to improve her lifestyle and health through fitness. What she most likes about the centre is "I enjoy the pool, especially lane swimming. It is a great full body workout . They also slow the dragon boat team to practice and improve their stroke during the winter months."
Tony joined the centre nearly two years ago. After he received a trial membership as a gift, he was hooked and has been working out at the centre ever since! Tony's advice to anyone just starting out on their fitness journey is "Take your time. Try to be patient, Results will come!"
Leslie has been a member since we opened in 2006. She started mostly in the pool area but is now also seen quite frequently in the wellness centre. Leslie's words of encouragement "The most important thing is to be patient with yourself and never quit!"
